Florida State's upset game against Clemson University on Saturday drew huge visitor spikes with Airbnb, which has listed Tallahassee in its "2016 Florida College Football Report" released Wednesday.

Local Airbnb property owners earned $211,000 in supplemental income from visitors attending home games at FSU, the report said. Airbnb, created in 2008 and based in San Fransico, California, labels Tallahassee as one of its key cities for college football fans. Other Florida cities listed were Gainesville, Orlando and Jacksonville.

The report said the 2016 University of Florida and FSU home games have sparked visitor spikes to Gainesville and Tallahassee. Increases range from 70 percent with Flordia's Spring game to 726 percent with FSU's game against Clemson.

Airbnb has rapidly become a lodging option for travelers worldwide. According to the company, more than 60 million guests have stayed at Airbnb homes and locations in more than 34,000 cities in 191 countries, including 1,400 castles. There are more than 2 million listings worldwide.
