A Tallahassee man is accused of pouring a cup of semen on a woman while she and a friend did homework at a local restaurant.

Patrick Bruce, also a suspect in a July indecent exposure case at Cancun’s Sports Bar, was arrested Tuesday. The 28-year-old faces two charges of battery, indecent exposure and commission of a lewd and lascivious act.

Court papers say on Sept. 12, Bruce entered the Panera Bread Company on Ocala Road and started to stare at two women. He moved to the table next to the women and continued to stare.

The women told police Bruce left the restaurant and returned with a foam fountain drink cup and went into the bathroom.

He came out, pouring the contents over one of the women’s neck, shoulder and arm saying, “Here you go,” before apologizing for spilling his drink and leaving the store.

The woman realized the substance was semen as Bruce fled in his car. Employees of the restaurant found a cell phone they believed Bruce dropped which contained a video of a man masturbating into a foam cup similar to the one left at the scene.

Bruce is also charged in an indecent exposure case at Cancun’s July 29 in which he rubbed his genitals on an employee, court records say.

Cancun’s manager told police Bruce walked out of the bathroom with his genitals hanging out of his pants and rubbed against a woman before fleeing in the same black Honda he was seen in leaving Panera.

Police were able to identify Bruce by his vehicle's tag number in both incidents.
