The aftermath of Hurricane Hermine has revealed problems in Tallahassee that run even deeper than the roots of our tallest pines and oaks. The storm has exposed fault lines in the complex network of city, county and state agencies responsible for getting this community back on its feet. The issue of power, the lack of it and the deployment of it, for the public good stands firmly at the heart of the present crisis.  Hermine provided the first test of this purely digital age. There are more than a few red marks on our scorecard in this three-part editorial series.
